"Socialism In one country" was Josef Stalin's new slogan that he used after he won the power struggle and took over the Soviets. it clearly showed his ideology difference from the way Lenin had thought, as he wanted to keep everything within his own country, and not do things with any other Country. Some examples of this were the 5 year plan, as well as Collectivization.
