Summary
Benito Mussolini was the founder of Modern fascism. He Used paramilitary force known as the Blackshirts to basically bully others until his final rise to power in 1923, with the march on Rome. After he gained power, he them banned all other parties from running for elections, and became in complete power. He was imperialistic, nationalistic, and very militaristic. Mussolini was one of the strongest dictators of the 20th century.
