Summary
The Locarno act was a treaty like decision, signed originally by Germany, France, Belgium, Italy, and Britain. It guaranteed the borders of Europe, as well as demilitarized the Rhineland in Germany. This act brought a lot of insecurity in the eastern part of Europe. The Kellogg-Briand Pact was another treaty signed, this time with 15 countries, with the intention of solving all wars. their plan was to denounce war as a method of solving any disputes. the people who created this treaty won a Nobel prize for it.
