Summary
In 1931, the Japanese forces invaded a Chinese territory known as Manchuria. They set up stations on the Russian railway all across this area, in order to help bring troops and supplies. The Lytton Commission reported that Japan was in fault, and that they caused bad things. Japan proceeded to pull out of the league of Nations, so that they could not try and govern them.
