Vladimir Lenin Was The leader of the Bolshevik party in Russia. He established leadership under the Council of peoples Comissars. The two main leaders with him were Leon Trotsky, and Joseph Stalin. They set many ground rules for the way the country was going to be run, including redistributing land, Nationalizing banks, and confiscating all private accounts. He also made all opposition government groups illegal, so it was impossible to lose.
