Summary
The Young plan was introduced in 1929, to also help with the war reparations. Owen D. Young was the man behind this plan, and he had slightly different ideas than Charles Dawes. He wanted to reduce the reparations by 3/4, as well as make the annual payments on a scaled model. Germany hated this, Because Hitler didn't like feeling belittled. The Reparations were finally paid off by Germany in 2008, many years after they started.
